1. How can I get the sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can ask for samples to check our product's quality. If you just need a stock sample to check the design and quality. We will provide you sample free for quality check, but you are requested to pay for the freight.
2. How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us in your email so that we will regard you inquiry priority.
3. What is your term of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB Qingdao, FOB Shanghai, CNF, CIF, DDU, DDP all OK. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
4. What about the lead time for the mass production?
If the quanity is 500 pieces, the production time is 25-35 days after deposit arrived and sample approved.
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
5. Can do OEM custom design?
Yes,we mainly do customized product according to customer requirement. We can add your own logo and design on the product. There is also designer can help make designs for you.
